Sweet potato
Weeks ago, I did an online search for sweet potato cake which I first tried in a bakery in Seoul, Tours Le Jours. And I was really lucky to find it here; Tampopo Deli at Liang Court. This was what I see when I came back home; smashed. The baker smashed the sweet potato and made it like a pudding without any chiffon cake somewhere or perhaps a plastic sheet to support the structure. I thought it could survive home and take a nicer picture. Well, the last one standing was my Strawberry Shortcake.
