Frustration...

Increasingly annoying when my laptop keeps popping out more problems. It started off with the outdated virus protection software. Then somehow, it got affected my my msn messenger which now, I cannot go online using it. Arghs, I want to recover my laptop to how it was like before, but that button doesn't seem to work. Arghs.
